One of the most pervasive questions I’m asked by people testing within an agile environment is how to perform test planning and execute on that plan successfully when you’ve only got two weeks for a sprint – and you’re usually asked to start before specifications and other work is solidified – and things change midway through. This session explores one of the most effective tools I’ve built to get a test team started working at the beginning of a sprint, monitor their progress with the least amount of overhead possible, and rapidly respond to changes when (not if) they happen.
We’ll be conducting a working session using the ACCelerated Test Planning method I developed by combining the Ten-Minute Test Plan, Session-Based Testing, and Automated Regression Testing. Bring a laptop and a mobile smartphone or tablet to fully participate.
This workshop requires pre-reading, configurations and/or installation of software to participate.
The attendees to my workshop will need a laptop with working internet.
