Please plan on checking in and picking up your conference materials at our on-site registration desk, located in the Executive Meeting Center of the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel – just look for our signs in the lobby directing you there. The registration desk is open during the following hours:

For the Beneath the Surface workshop, it would be helpful for participants to have a laptop with the latest version of Postman installed (www.getpostman.com).
All attendees are encouraged to dress business casual. Hotel meeting rooms are generally kept a little cool, so a sweater or light jacket can be useful during the workshops and sessions.
STPCon Receptions: Attire for the receptions are also business casual. We will give you a pocket guide when you check in with times and locations of all receptions and events during the conference.

Northern Virginia weather is generally very predictable yet pleasant at this time of year. Please check the 10 Day forecast prior to leaving your home to gain an idea of what to expect. Currently, highs are expected to be in the mid to upper 70’s during the day and in the low 60’s at night.
More than likely you will be arriving at the Dulles International Airport (IAD). When arriving, there are a couple of options for transportation to the hotel. Taxis are always available, however, the fastest and cheapest method is to take the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel complimentary airport shuttle service. The shuttle picks up at the airport every 30 minutes from 4:30 am ending at 12:30 am. The airport pick up location is curbs 2A and 2H, in lower baggage claim. When departing the shuttle leaves from the hotel every 30 minutes beginning at 4:15 am through 12:15 am.
